The Girl Who Played with Fire

Mikael was a crusading publisher and a journalist of the Millennium Magazine. He made up his mind about publishing a story for exposing a huge sex trafficking operation. It was all between Sweden and Eastern Europe. There was a potential of implicating highly placed and well-known members of the Swedish government, business, and society.

On the publication eve, the two reporters behind the story were found brutally murdered. It was much more shocking for Mikael. The fingerprints discovered on the murder weapon matched with Lisbeth Salander.

Mikael was all alone with his belief in the innocence of Lisbeth. This was when he started with his investigation about the murders and to find the truth. Lisbeth herself was drawn into a murderous and dangerous hunt. It was a hunt where she was the prey. This situation pushed her to revisit the dark past of her life and to settle everything once and for all.

This penultimate novel in the Millennium Trilogy is considered to be far better than the other two. It started slowly in the first hour and then it exploded with nonstop excitement maintained till it concluded.
