A Court of Mist and fury is a teen romance novel. It is the second volume in A Court of Mist and Fury novel series. This book is beautifully written by Sarah J. Maas. She is an American author who debuted in 2012 and since then there is no looking back for her. She writes young adult romance and fantasy fiction novel types. The best novel by the author so far is A Court of Wings and Ruins. You may also like her writing in A Court of Thorns and Roses novel.
Jennifer Ikeda narrated this novel and it was a job so brilliantly done by her. Listeners loved her soothing voice and the expression she provided with the distinct voices for different characters of this novel.
Feyre managed to survive the clutches of Amarantha in order to make a return back to the Spring Court. But, all this came at a very high cost. She has now got the High Fae powers but her heart still remains to be human. It was unable to forget the different terrible deeds which she vowed for saving all the people of Tamlin. Feyre has not at all forgotten about the bargain she had with the High Lord from the most feared Night Court, who was named as Rhysand.
The storyline is superb and the plot development is very interesting. The characters were fleshed out quite well. If you came here after finishing book one and you liked that then you will surely like this second novel in the series as well. Moreover, this book has got a lot of graphical sex scenes. The book had a great story and there was no need as such to put in sex scenes and foul language.
