MASKED PREY

With the previous twenty-nine books becoming a major hit, there was a lot of pressure on John Sandford to produce something extra special in the 30th part. One good news for the fans is that this novel is also narrated by Richard Ferrone who has made a good name for himself during the narration of this series.

The fans have an attraction towards Richard’s voice and they wanted him to continue with the narration of this series. In this installment, no murder or crime takes place rather some threats appear for the children of the high officials in the US. One day the daughter of a US Senator was surfing the internet when she finds something which alarms her to the core. It was her picture that was taken when she was in her school.

Not only her picture was there on the blog rather it had pictures of most of the children whose parents were influential people in the country. It could mean that someone was planning big against those children so for this reason the FBI was called but no evidence or proof of any kind was discovered. Moreover, some thought that the threat was just a fake one because the one who took the pictures didn’t do anything bad.

The Senator still does not feel quite comfortable so Lucas is called for another job i.e to catch the anonymous criminal so that his plans can be brought to light. If you thought that the sensation in Silent Prey and Ocean Prey was up to the maximum then you were wrong. The hidden criminal makes Lucas utilize all his resources and potential to get hold of things.
