Gerard Doyle did the narration of The Demolished Man novel. The narration went pretty solid and smooth, and the listeners would surely have a blast with this audio version of the book.

In a world policed and devised by the telepaths, Ben Reich was the man with a plan to commit a series of crimes. It was something that has never been heard about in the last 70 years and that crime was to commit a ‘murder’. Ben has left with only this option ahead as his company was quickly losing a death struggle of a death case with their rival D’Courtney Enterprises.

Ben was terrorized by The Man with No Face in his dreams and was driven to the brink after the merger offer was refused by D’Courtney Enterprises. He then had no other way but to murder his rival. He also bribed a top-tier telepath to support him in covering all his tracks. Lincoln Powell, the police prefect knew very well that Ben was guilty there. But his knowledge of being a telepath was more of a fry cry from the admissible evidence. This is where the story gets more interesting and it shouldn’t be missed out at all.

The Demolished Man is the most memorable book by the author that came out in 1953. The book had the privilege of winning the inaugural Hugo Award the same year.
