Ash and Quill

The Great Library has secrets that no one knows about and one thing is for sure i.e whatever the library holds is quite precious. Author Rachel Caine describes the library as a place with a lot of grandeur and secrets. The library has never allowed anyone to get away with its secrets and now a gang of rebels is thinking about a plan. Jess and his friends had a plan in mind but they weren’t expecting their imprisonment. When they get caught they just become more serious about their mission.
The time has come to break some rules, still, Jess is not planning to destroy the library completely. If any of the listeners have listened to Stillhouse Lake and Heartbreak Bay then understanding this might not be a problem anymore. There are dangers at every step and the problems which Jess and his gang face are huge.

Some of the fans think of it as a thriller and we can term it as a thriller because it has the basic ingredients present in it. The movement of the story is slow as compared to the narration by Julian Elfer. The narrator has tried to give some pace to the story to decrease the boredom of the fans at a certain level. The end of the story solves all the problems but much more remains that is linked to the library.

This can be termed as a new dimension which the author talks about and the more we listen about it the more interested we become in the place. Hidden truths come into play and there is not much in the story related to the personal life of the characters.
