RAINBOW SIX

For most people of the world, the world is going just fine but this is not the case with the head of the Rainbow i.e John Clark. Only he knows that the entire world could come to an end if he and his team don’t act on the right time.

In the past, they have been able to save the world and capture or kill the terrorists who were trying to shatter the peace of the world. This time it is something new because the group which is planning to launch the terrorist attack is bigger and it has men and women who can mix in the society within no time.

So John has to act fast because if the terrorists remain successful in blending themselves in the society then they would be untraceable. The plan is really to bring the end of the world quickly and the other motives of the terrorists are apparently hidden. Tom Clancy in this second part of the series has raised the element of risk for the Rainbow team which is specialized in getting rid of the terrorist groups. This is the occasion which also appeared in The Hunt for Red October and Red Storm Rising too when the heroes are left with no way out.

The heroes can only fight and hope that the result would come in their favour. Michael Prichard has the kind of voice which can engage anyone and it has proved quite helpful in making the narration of this novel impressive. A race against time is seen all the way and the hope to survive is very little in this epic battle between the good and evil.
