The Phantom Castle

This is the fourth book of the series and still not an atom of interest is lost as things goes on improving and there are new revelations all the time. The revelations are not only related to the different format of the game but also to the locked personalities of the people who come to this gaming zone. Though it has been a science fiction but the ingredient of fantasy like the elves and the princesses are still there in plenty all the time. All fun and play is now lost as the game comes to a serious level and it’s about gaining more and more power now with the help o the allies that you make.

Vasily Mahanenko writes about the life of the High Shaman Mahan like a king on a campaign that after quite struggle and hardship has started gaining control of the virtual game. Mahan has a clan on his side now but for a fight you got to have a strong fort that can save you from the outside world and provide a place to store food and weapons. Mahan for this very purpose even accepts the proposal of the Dark Lord as well who offers him to attack the phantom castle.

This something that was never expected in The Kartoss Gambit and  Survival Quest as Mahan was just one of the laborers who were sentenced for punishment and now he is taking control.  He is the one who has rest of the clans on his tail now as they assume that he is a threat to everyone’s future. Jonathan Yen has now secured the position of the permanent narrator of the series and no doubt the narrator has been one of basic ingredients of success for the series.
