Definitely Dead is a crime mystery thriller. It is written by Charlaine Harris. The book is the sixth installment in the Sookie Stackhouse novel series. The veteran author has expertise in writing intense mystery thrillers. She had her The Southern Vampire Mysteries saga adapted as a TV series as well. It came under the name of True Blood. As far as her top novels are concerned then the most promising ones are Living Dead in Dallas and Grave Sight.

Johanna Parker did the narration of the Definitely Dead novel. Her performance was awesome and everybody liked it, including fans and critics. The book was also one of the finalists in the Audie Awards of 2007 in the mystery category.

Bon Temps, Louisiana is full of Wedding fever all around. Unfortunately, the gorgeous, beautiful. Blonde, buxom, and the telepathic waitress is not the bride to be. We are talking about Sookie here who was more interested in her job as a cocktail waitress. However, she took the available opportunity to go to New Orleans on a business tour. She was the heir of the estate of the newlywed cousin of her who is Hadley. Sookie in that role discovered a huge secret. It was also quite clear very soon that quite a few people would go to any extent to limit Sookie from peeking into the past of Hadley.
Dead is supposed to be the best entry in the top-rated Sookie Stackhouse novel series. Charlaine Harris ensured that the action never stops in this thrilling mystery novel, Definitely Dead. The supernatural spice in this novel made things a lot more interesting for the audience. Johanna Parker with the narration was at her usual best.
